Bio Gas Energy India

Bio Gas Energy India, in good faith we engaged a group who we understood had sufficient experience to undertake the work at New Hope Community Centre several years ago. It started as a great success but we saw after a year that somehow the ‘square design did not really allow free movement of the gas containing dome. A year later we also found that the iron dome that stores the gas had started forming corrosion inside with the contact of Cow dung and Bio Waste at the bottom edge. Shortly after this we then noticed that the gas production started to decrease. We had several experienced engineers look at it. There was no option but to replace it with a new dome. Typically refers to a mixture of gases produced by the breakdown of organic matter in the absence of oxygen. Bio Gas Energy can be produced from regionally available raw materials such as recycled waste, Cow Dung, Vegetable Waste from the Kitchen. It is a renewable energy source and in many cases exerts a very small carbon footprint.

Bio Gas Energy; The challenge of repairing and replacing – It was a big adventures job, for all of us to take the existing floating container out from the built wall, and replace the same with a cylindrical container with 7.8 Diameter and 4 foot height with a Conical angle on the top with 45degree angle. The construction took more than 10 days and at the end we made it work. Bio Gas Energy; The whole of the work was planned with a consultant and Vasu Gabriel supervised the whole rebuilding with absolute care and attention to all details. The container was painted with anti-corrosive paint that he found in at the Visakhapatnam shipyard near the port.

Bio Gas Energy India, we feel that it was worth the effort and Bio Gas Energy as it takes us closer to being more self sufficient. The cost of ‘bottled gas’ has now become very expensive compared to Bio Gas Energy India. The animal waste and kitchen vegetable peeling waste is converted into gas and we also get the used waste that eventually comes out as very rich slurry for use in the garden. The garden is closer and closer to being self supporting as re are able to sell surplus vegetables in the local market to provide more Bio Gas Energy output to the Kitchen.
